Dan created a stately and elegant design perfectly suited to our desires and needs. In addition to presenting a model plan, Dan exemplified honesty, integrity and trust. These were qualities especially prized since we would not be able to oversee construction on a daily basis. We essentially built our home “over the internet.” Through emails and faxes, Dan expertly guided us through the many decisions involved in the project and sent us photos so that we could observe and enjoy the progress of our home. He kept us informed and was available to promptly answer questions and address concerns that inevitably arose. On the few occasions when we visited Kansas City, Dan gave us tours of the many fine homes he has built in the area. In addition, he personally accompanied us to select tile and carpet. Dan coordinated construction deadlines to correspond with our requested move-in date and our children’s school schedule. And Dan’s attention did not disappear when the moving van departed! He continued to be helpful as we got acquainted with our new home and community. With only a minimum of travel back and forth, we were able to build a lovely new home in Kansas. He even added appropriately placed hooks in our daughter’s closet for her convenience.
